Salsa Instructor Nicole
Inman
Nicole started her Salsa dancing
career on September 1, 2005 when she enrolled in my 4-week
Bodygroove beginner Salsa class at Garri Dance Studio. She worked up
through the levels of Bodygroove Salsa classes as she perfected her
dance skills. Always eager to learn and never in a hurry to advance,
she tirelessly practiced to achieve her present level as a beautiful
dancer and instructor. Three years ago when I needed a new assistant
for my 4-week classes I tried Nicole and she fit in perfectly.
Soon after, Hollie Lee invited her to become part of her Bodygroove
staff and she has been assisting both of us ever since. Her hard
work, ethics and dedication is commendable. Her loyalty is amazing
and her love of dancing and teaching is beyond words!!
Nicole became my first ever dance
partner 4 years ago. Together we have expanded both our
levels of teaching and choreographing to new heights. We have
performed together as well as choreographed for Bodygrove Dance
Fitness, various student performances and numerous weddings. On July
17, 2010 she danced a specially choreographed
routine for 800 women at Sportsmen's Lodge, then danced with the 2010 Bodygroove Dance Team and then jumped on stage as we taught those
800 women Salsa dancing. She is fearless and determined in her
performances and her vision in choreography is gifted. She works as
a highly regarded second instructor weekly in my private classes. As
a dance partner I could not ask for more perfection!
Nicole is constantly expanding
her knowledge of dance. Not only in Salsa, but many other Latin
dances as well as Ballet, Modern Dance and Yoga. She also studies many of
the great dancers of the past as she continues to look for ways to
influence her style of dance and choreography. As my teaching
assistant she has picked up much of my teaching style and tweaked it
to reflect her personality perfectly. A perfect blend of style,
technique and dedication to her students.
Nicole teaches the Salsa Ladies
Styling & Cumbia classes for Bodygroove Dance Fitness as well as
filling in for me in the Salsa classes.
She is also my right hand in
dance shoe sales and knows our product and fit perfectly.
Nicole is available for weekend private lessons and events as an instructor, choreographer and
performer.
WOW! Nicole is
now taking a select few private Salsa lesson bookings on weekends.
